• Distributing malware or malicious code
• Reverse engineering the platform, dashboard, or software
• Unauthorized access to our APIs or systems
• Security testing of TAP-ONE without our prior written permission
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Attempting to disrupt or degrade the Service for other users
• Creating fake reviews or otherwise manipulating review platforms
• Manipulating Google rankings through prohibited or deceptive means
• Misusing AI tools provided as part of the Service, including to generate misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
• Attempting to circumvent our payment systems

Any content you upload or submit through TAP-ONE — including business information, images, logos, menus, and customer-facing text — must be accurate, lawful, and something you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you provide, and you confirm it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take action as appropriate, including removing content, suspending features, or suspending or terminating your account, without prior notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect TAP-ONE, its users, or third parties.
