Refund & Cancellation Policy

TAP-ONE subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Per month, GST extra. Subscriptions renew automatically every billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future renewals; it does not refund the billing cycle already in progress at the time of cancellation. You will continue to have access to the Service for the remainder of the cycle you have already paid for.

As a general rule, services that have already been delivered, completed, or billed are not eligible for a refund. Refunds may only be issued where legally required under Indian consumer protection law (opens in new tab), or otherwise at TapWebs' sole discretion.

If TAP-ONE fails to deliver setup within the agreed timeframe due to an error on our part, contact us and we will review your case and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund for the affected billing cycle or service.

To cancel your subscription or raise a refund query, contact our support team with your business name and account details. We aim to acknowledge all requests within one business day.
