Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase our services, or enter into any agreement with TapWebs. If you are acting on behalf of a business, company, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. By using TAP-ONE, you confirm that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

TAP-ONE is a managed digital business growth platform. Rather than selling standalone software, we provide an integrated ecosystem of digital services that help local businesses establish, manage, and grow their online presence, including:

• Website development
• Google Business Profile management
• Reputation management and Google review collection
• QR and NFC solutions
• Interactive digital menus
• Online booking and ordering systems
• AI business assistant tools
• Customer growth tools
• Analytics and business automation
• Premium branding hardware

We continuously develop new products and capabilities. Features described on our website or in marketing materials as "Coming Soon", "Planned", "Roadmap", or similar are provided for informational purposes only, represent our current product vision, and are not guaranteed to be released. They may be modified, delayed, replaced, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, and nothing on our website, in demonstrations, or on any roadmap constitutes a contractual commitment to deliver any future functionality within a specific timeframe.

By using TAP-ONE, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and while using the Service
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account and passwords
• Use the platform lawfully and in compliance with applicable local laws
• Retain ownership rights for any content you upload, and confirm you have the right to use it
• Not misuse TAP-ONE or attempt to circumvent its intended use

Your use of TAP-ONE is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which describes activities that are prohibited on the platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all rights, title, and interest in the TAP-ONE platform — including its software, dashboard, source code, user interface, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, graphics, content, designs, AI systems, and related intellectual property — remain the exclusive property of TapWebs or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the business information, logos, content, images, and other materials you provide to us for the purpose of delivering the Service.

TAP-ONE is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. While we strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, internet disruptions, infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We also do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Google search or Google Maps rankings
• Number of customer reviews
• Website traffic or lead generation
• Customer bookings, revenue growth, sales performance, or business profitability
• Conversion rates or return on investment (ROI)

Results depend on numerous external factors including customer behavior, market conditions, competition, advertising efforts, search engine algorithms, and third-party platform policies.

TAP-ONE integrates with and relies upon various third-party platforms, infrastructure providers, and service providers to deliver certain features, including but not limited to Google (Business Profile, Maps, Reviews), WhatsApp, Razorpay, UPI payment networks, domain registrars, cloud hosting providers, email and SMS providers, mapping services, and analytics providers.

Your use of these third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. TapWebs does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, policies, security practices, pricing, or changes made by such providers.

By using TAP-ONE or submitting your information, you consent to receive service-related communications from TapWebs through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, or other appropriate channels. These may include account notifications, onboarding updates, billing information, security alerts, service announcements, support responses, maintenance notices, and other operational communications necessary for providing the Service. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by applicable law and may be opted out of where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapWebs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, changes in search rankings, changes to Google or other third-party platform policies, third-party outages, force majeure events, or losses arising from your own misuse of the Service.

TapWebs shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, cloud infrastructure outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

TapWebs may suspend or terminate your account for reasons including:

• Non-payment
• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Abuse of the platform or its users
• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Illegal activity
• Security threats to TAP-ONE or its users
• Repeated policy violations

Plans are month to month; either party may end the arrangement as described in Section 3 above.

TapWebs complies with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (opens in new tab) (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable GST laws (opens in new tab), and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (opens in new tab), where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. For questions, contact us at:
